Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support APAC payroll operations. The role will execute end-to-end processing, audits, and process improvements across multiple countries, with strong collaboration across departments and senior leadership.

The role requires knowledge of APAC payroll regulations, audit experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Visa requires at least 3 days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher as stated in qualifications.
• 2+ years of work experience is required.
• Experience in APAC payroll is preferred.
• Proficient English; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post-payroll audits and reporting.
• Review payroll processes for improvements and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps.
• Participate in payroll projects and system testing.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements.
• Maintain payroll data and governance.
