Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the client contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, and provide first-level support to Hiring Managers and suppliers across APAC.

You will handle end-to-end processes, screen resumes, train managers on MSP policies, manage supplier relationships, and monitor SLAs to ensure timely issue resolution and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in MSP, Vendor Management, Contingent Workforce, or Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of VMS systems and contingent hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle across APAC.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and workers.
• Review resumes and submit qualified candidates via the VMS.
• Provide training on MSP policies and VMS processes.
• Track and resolve client and supplier issues with timely closure.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding requirements and background checks.
• Act as stakeholder partner across APAC to align clients and teams.
