Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) in the Philippines to support growth for an MSP-focused business in Australia and New Zealand. The role centers on pipeline generation, researching target accounts, and booking qualified meetings for the Director/BDM.

This non-closing position emphasizes outbound and inbound lead qualification, CRM hygiene, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive opportunities exceeding USD 100,000 in annual IT services

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role
• Experience prospecting for IT services or MSP offerings is desirable
• Strong research and target account selection capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across channels
• Experience with CRM systems (Halo preferred; HubSpot/others is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Identify target organisations in Australia and New Zealand with 30+ users
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Director/BDM
• Maintain and enrich prospect lists for a high-quality ICP
• Collaborate with the Director/BDM on messaging and targeting
• Ensure accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
