Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Manila is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline.

You will conduct prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels; qualify leads, schedule meetings, and collaborate with sales teams. Strong communication and goal-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or client acquisition preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound sales techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong research, negotiation, relationship-building, and lead qualification skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and target opportunities to grow the business.
• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Introduce products, services, and value propositions to prospects.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for sales teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and CRM records with updated activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitors for new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed outreach targets and pipeline generation goals.
• Provide regular updates on prospecting activities and results.
