Job summary

RONIN International, a global market research firm, seeks an experienced IT Support Analyst in Makati City. The role provides day-to-day technical support to colleagues in the Philippines and APAC, ensuring access to equipment, systems and services needed to work effectively.

You will troubleshoot across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and network connectivity, with opportunities to work with Jira, Confluence and other tools in a diverse international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support, helpdesk or service desk experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID: user administration, MFA, SSO, conditional access.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, hardware, software, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for on-site and remote users via email, phone, Teams and ticketing systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user accounts, licences, security groups and access permissions.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
• Conduct IT inductions and guide employees on systems and security policies.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and software licences; coordinate procurement and disposal.
• Liaise with ISPs and external vendors to resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide first-line technical support to clients when required.
