Ryoss Ideas PTY is seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist in Makati, PH. The role combines technical support, hardware staging, cash equipment provisioning, and asset management with a path toward team leadership as the company grows its IT operations in the Philippines.

You will work mostly from home with time in our Manila staging facility, handling tickets, hardware configuration, and procurement, while contributing to process improvements and service delivery across IT functions.

# IT Operations & Support SpecialistMakati City, National Capitol Region, PhilippinesFull time, HybridPHP 35,000 – 40,000 / month## OverviewWe are looking for a capable and organised IT Support & Operations Specialist to help manage and group our IT support operations in the Philippines.,This isn't a traditional helpdesk position. You will be responsible for a mix of technical support, hardware staging and deployment, asset procurement and management, and customer service.You would also take ownership of our hardware staging facility in Metro Manila, where equipment is received, configured, tested, prepared and prepped for outbound deployment to customers.The role is mainly work from home, with days spent in our staging facility as needed.
