Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You will provide L1/L2 IT support across the organisation, act as the first contact for issues, and assist with Microsoft 365 administration, user identities, and device lifecycle processes.

You will support Windows 10/11, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Autopilot, handle onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with Australian clients and vendors to resolve incidents quickly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Eng.
2+ years in IT service desk/desktop support or MSP role.
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
Experience administering Entra ID/AD including MFA resets.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 IT support via phone, email, Teams, and service desk portal.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, user accounts, devices, printers, and connectivity.
Log, track, and close tickets with clear resolution notes.
Manage user accounts, passwords, MFA, permissions, and licenses in M365.
Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 services.
Assist with device setup/configuration/management via Intune and Autopilot.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and coordinate with stakeholders/vendors.
Follow IT security policies and document processes.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
