Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a dedicated IT help desk professional to provide remote support for employee software, accounts, and general technology issues. The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshooting across Procore, Acumatica, BambooHR, and other business apps.

You'll work 40 hours per week, remote from the Philippines, collaborating with a Washington-based team.

Qualifications

Experience in IT help-desk support in a business environment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and admin tools.
Troubleshoot Windows computers and common software issues.
Experience with user onboarding/offboarding and MFA setup.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for employee software and account access.
Manage Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Assist onboarding/offboarding by creating and deactivating accounts.
Troubleshoot email, file access, and cloud applications.
Support device setup, software installation, and remote configuration.
Escalate complex issues to IT Manager or vendors.
Create user-facing guides and train employees.
Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge-base.
Track IT requests and coordinate software updates and migrations.
