Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an APAC Technical Infrastructure Lead to oversee the APAC data centre, mentor engineers, and drive strategic infrastructure initiatives across on‑prem and cloud environments. The role involves cross‑regional collaboration, IT policy adherence, and vendor management in a global context.

The role is hybrid, with occasional travel to APAC sites, and requires strong Microsoft platform expertise and project leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years deployment and management on Microsoft platforms.
Experience building distributed, fault-tolerant services.
Experience with project management, plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
Cyber security including pen testing, cyber essentials, firewall, IDS, and staff training.
Supplier management including contract reviews, renewals, and migrations.
Budget management with CAPEX/OPEX forecasting.

Responsibilities

Operate the APAC data centre and ensure DR replication and testing.
Lead the APAC IT Infrastructure team and mentor engineers.
Collaborate with Sourcing, Capacity Strategy, Data Centre Engineering and Site Reliability.
Maintain Microsoft 365, on‑prem file servers, app servers, backup, email, web servers and PCs.
Adhere to IT policies per ISO 27001 and update with tech changes.
Oversee stock and supplier management including invoices and renewals.
