Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to support, operate, and secure the organization’s technology stack across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The role focuses on hands‑on administration of Linux/Windows servers, AWS resources, network components, and security controls, with a hybrid work setup and occasional onsite support for critical infrastructure activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in network and systems administration.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with AWS and Linux environments.
• Experience with Windows server/system administration and AWS infrastructure management.
• Network administration and troubleshooting including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, routing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers including configurations, patches, storage, and logs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures.
• Manage system accounts, permissions, and identity-related configurations.
• Support endpoint deployment, security tools, and configuration management.
• Maintain infrastructure availability and performance across assigned environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network components including switches, routers, and VPNs.
• Maintain core network services such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, and IP addressing.
• Assist with AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, security groups) and cloud cost monitoring.
• Support security compliance, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Document infrastructure changes, incidents, and procedures.
