Avaloq, a Swiss-based wealth management technology leader, seeks an APAC Compute Windows Manager to lead regional Windows Server operations across the APAC region, aligning with the global compute strategy. You will manage distributed teams, drive automation, and oversee on‑prem and cloud workloads in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Compute Windows team and align regional ops with global strategy.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle of Windows Server across APAC.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization in APAC with cost management.
• Embed automation and DevOps practices with IaC and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with global architecture and security teams for compliant infra.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in APAC.
