Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Manila seeks an APAC Technology Ops Hub Lead to drive regional client technology delivery, oversee multi-account programs, and enforce standards across system administration, BI, data governance, and IT operations.

You will lead a growing hub, mentor staff, implement SOPs, and partner with Product and L&D to scale automation and AI adoption while ensuring high-quality client care and consistent technology outcomes across APAC.

Qualifications

• Regional technology operations leadership experience.
• Strong governance and program management skills.
• Knowledge of IT operations, data governance and BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional operations hub governance and oversight.
• Define hub-wide standards for system administration and IT operations.
• Manage multi-account programs with clear milestones and risks.
• Drive process improvements and standardized transitions.
• Plan and scale shared services, runbooks and knowledge assets.
• Promote automation, AI adoption and innovation in operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the hub team and training materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications on new products and upgrades.
