Job summary

Avaloq Group is seeking a seasoned L3 Line Manager for the Compute Windows APAC region. You will lead the regional Windows Server operations across on-premises and cloud, ensuring stability, security, and performance in a multi-cloud environment.

You will manage a distributed team, drive automation, governance, and cross-regional collaboration while aligning with global compute strategy. Hybrid work and flexible arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing distributed teams in APAC.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud compute environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in automation and DevOps tools (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and configuration management tools.
• Certifications in Windows Server and cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Compute Windows team and mentor engineers.
• Ensure regional operations align with global Compute Services strategy.
• Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Windows Server platforms across APAC.
• Drive automation and IaC, CI/CD, and standardization.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, and Application teams in agile delivery.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and risk management in APAC.
• Lead capacity planning and performance management.
