Job summary

RS2 is seeking an HR Generalist (APAC) in Manila to serve as the local HR contact for the APAC office, ensuring compliance with Philippines labor laws and alignment with Malta-based HR processes. The role covers onboarding through offboarding, payroll liaison, and benefits administration.

You will support local recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while coordinating with centralized HR, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist/Administrator experience, ideally international/molicy cross-border context.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and processes with local authorities.
• Business fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date HR records compliant with local regulations.
• Serve as local contact for Philippines labor authorities.
• Prepare local contracts and HR documentation per templates and regulations.
• Manage visa/work permit documentation for international staff in Manila.
• Oversee local leave management and time-off tracking.
• Coordinate payroll data with Malta payroll team and administer local benefits.
• Lead local recruitment, screen CVs, interviews (remote/on-site), onboarding.
• Support offboarding, probation reviews, and local HR administrative tasks.
