Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR functions in Davao City, Philippines. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and events coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, and strong communication skills. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR-related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience with exposure to compensation & benefits.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, employee relations and HR best practices.
• Experience in planning company events and employee engagement programs.
• Familiarity with recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and hiring coordination.
• Knowledge of onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes including clearance.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
