Job summary

Zycus is seeking an elite Enterprise Account Executive/Sales Director to drive new business growth across APAC, with a primary focus on the Philippines and other strategic markets.

This 100% new logo hunting role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing complex enterprise opportunities while selling our AI-powered S2P platform to C-level executives. A proven hunter with a track record of exceeding quotas is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record in a 100% hunter/new business acquisition role.
• Experience selling to CIOs, CFOs, CPOs, COOs, CHROs and other senior leaders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Drive 100% new logo acquisition across the APAC region.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales targets.
• Identify and engage executive decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
• Sell Zycus' AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Build executive relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
• Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing and Leadership to maximize pipeline and conversions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent Zycus at executive meetings and industry events across APAC.
