Grip.Events is seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to support APAC events and participant inquiries. You will handle written customer interactions, resolve technical issues, and maintain precise records in HubSpot while collaborating with EU/US teams for smooth handovers.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritise and process event-related requests via emails with awareness of timing and urgency.
• Investigate and resolve queries, reproduce issues and verify event configurations.
• Provide assistance to customers/partners experiencing technical issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and categorize tickets in HubSpot.
• Keep information private and secure; uphold data integrity.
• Learn and use HubSpot, Jira, Salesforce, Slack and Notion to deliver excellent customer care.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure service coverage for events.
• Support the operations team to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• Raise bugs to engineering with clear internal notes via GSD/Jira.
• Provide ongoing reporting on queries and trends.
• Assist with internal tickets and team initiatives as needed.
• Deliver clear handovers with EU/US teams at APAC day start/end.
