Job summary

RTX is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help establish our APAC TA Hub and streamline recruitment support across the region. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR across countries to keep hiring moving and candidates informed.

You’ll coordinate interviews, improve workflows, and protect data integrity while delivering timely operational reports. The role requires English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills and a collaborative, process-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• Five+ years in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep requisition workflows and postings up to date across APAC.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and panels, with clear candidate instructions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and other systems.
• Track turnaround times and report on service levels and delays.
• Provide language support to country HR Partners for local market needs.
