Job summary

MSCI Hong Kong Limited is seeking an APAC Analytics Client Service Lead to direct the Analytics Client Service organization across Japan, Greater China and Manila. You will lead managers of Analytics Client Service Specialists and Analysts and drive client success, service delivery, and strategic execution across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, investment analytics, risk management, client service, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing managers and developing team leads.
• Deep knowledge of portfolio analytics, risk models, performance attribution, and institutional investment workflows.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities; solid understanding of finance topics.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in English to senior management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for Analytics clients across APAC; build trusted relationships.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term engagement through proactive servicing.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team for Analytics Client Service across three regions.
• Coach and develop team managers; succession planning and ongoing development.
• Own regional service delivery, onboarding, training, and client engagement.
• Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, workflow optimization, and metrics.
