Job summary

MSCI Inc. in Manila seeks a seasoned Analytics Managed Services Specialist to support global risk management clients. You will analyze portfolio data, model requirements, and map data to risk factor datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will provide training, resolve data quality issues, and help deliver compliant reporting. The role requires strong communication, business acumen, and technical proficiency in Python and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Advanced qualifications or professional certifications in Finance (MSc, MBA, CFA, FRM, PRM) are advantageous.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks by analyzing requirements and collaborating with internal teams.
• Consult with clients on portfolio data modeling best practices and data format requirements.
• Advise clients on mapping portfolio holdings to risk factor datasets and impact on risk results.
• Support data conformance and validation testing, review input files, and validate portfolio data for accuracy.
• Monitor and manage client configuration workflows and enrichment rules.
• Assist clients in reviewing risk and compliance reports and transforming analytics into reporting services.
• Provide direct support to global clients via phone and email including MV reconciliation and reject remediation.
• Provide initial product training to new users within client organizations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback for Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Partner with Sales to assess implementation requirements and contracting needs.
• Contribute to AI-driven projects focused on automation and operational efficiency.
