MSCI in Manila is seeking an Analytics Managed Services Specialist to support Global Risk clients. You will monitor client portfolio data, provide onboarding support, and implement data modeling and reporting solutions across markets.

The role requires 1–3 years in a client-facing financial services role, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Python and SQL. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate risk analytics and reporting.

• Confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks by analyzing requirements with internal teams.
• Consult with clients on portfolio data modeling best practices and data formats.
• Advise on proxy information and mapping to risk factor datasets.
• Support data conformance and validation testing of input files.
• Monitor workflows and client configuration files for proper setup.
• Assist in reviewing accuracy and quality of risk and compliance reports.
• Provide direct support to global clients via phone and email.
• Provide initial product training and guidance to new users.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to assess implementation requirements and contracts.
• Contribute to AI-driven projects focused on innovation and efficiency.
