Job summary

AVIAREPS Philippines Inc is seeking a Sales Marketing Specialist based in Manila to support APAC B2B marketing and communications strategies that boost network awareness, engagement, and revenue for the DL Asia Pacific business.

The role requires close collaboration with Field and Sales teams, designers, copywriters, and external partners, reporting to the Asia Pacific B2B Marketing Manager, and offering opportunities in a global travel industry environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in a second language, preferably Mandarin or Korean.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 3+ years in marketing, sales, or commercial role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Experience with content management systems or the ability to quickly learn new marketing technologies and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain the full lifecycle of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, flyers, and other sales enablement materials that support the APAC network.
• Review, proofread, and edit marketing materials, communications, and articles to ensure high-quality content and messaging.
• Support the regional digital communications strategy, including newsletters, website content, external communications to B2B subscribers, and the maintenance of regional owned and internal communication channels.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors, including trade partners, media agencies, and translation service providers, to support language localization of our communications or marketing collateral.
• Assist with the planning and execution of B2B events, sponsorships, trade shows, and other marketing activities across the region.
• Support budget administration processes, including invoice tracking, processing, and reconciliation.
