Qualifikationen

• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or any four-year related course.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or distribution industry.
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Experience in SouthLuzon and nearby areas.
• Technical selling experience and driving skills with a valid driver's license.
• Strong people, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to do provincial assignments (Laguna, Quezon).

Aufgaben

• Maintains existing sales accounts and assists forecasting and achieving sales budget.
• Open and develop new accounts and target markets via presentations, seminars and trials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular sales calls and timely product delivery.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with distributors and weekly meetings with promo reps.
• Monitor retail coverage, market info, promotions, and product availability.
• Analyze market information and prepare strategies, plans and forecasts.
• Manage credit, price quotations, and sales invoicing workflow.
• Track sales flow from order to delivery and assist receivables collection.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory control of products with distributors and customers.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and work rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
