Job summary

Monetize More is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business in the APAC region. This role starts commission-only with uncapped earning potential and can move to a fixed salary plus commission as targets are met.

You will identify high-potential publishers, engage them with tailored ad-tech solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals. A strong track record in B2B SaaS sales and APAC market knowledge is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech or SaaS.
• Familiar with headers bidding, programmatic ads, monetization.
• Proven lead generation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; APAC language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target APAC publishers to drive new business.
• Engage, present and close deals with publishers and ad tech partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to contracts.
• Represent Monetize More at industry events and webinars.
• Collaborate with account management and tech teams for onboarding.
• Track performance using CRM and report progress to leadership.
• Stay updated on APAC ad-tech trends and competitor offerings.
