Monetize More Inc. LATAM is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business with digital publishers. This remote role focuses on LATAM, offering uncapped commission and a pathway to a fixed salary plus commission after targets are met.

You will own the full sales cycle—from lead gen through closing—engaging publishers with ad-tech solutions, and collaborating with CRM-enabled teams to optimize onboarding and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with header bidding, programmatic advertising, ad optimization, and publisher monetization.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential LATAM publishers and generate new business.
• Engage publishers, present ad-tech solutions.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Represent MonetizeMore at industry events and webinars.
• Collaborate with account management and technical teams for onboarding.
• Track performance with CRM and report pipeline progress.
• Monitor LATAM ad-tech trends to refine strategies.
