Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in managing end-to-end AP processes within a Shared Services setup in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements. Strong ERP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in Accounts Payable end-to-end processes.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba or other ERP systems.
• Strong reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Experience in Shared Services Center or BPO environment is preferred.
• Proven supervisory/Team Lead experience with coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable team to ensure SLA-compliant service.
• Plan daily operations and priorities for the team.
• Resolve escalated queries within defined turnaround times.
• Review KPIs monthly and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee month-end AP activities and reporting.
• Coach and develop associates for growth.
• Drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Update SOPs and training materials as needed.
