Job summary

Hireframe is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support growing divisions by managing our AP process. You will own projects and collaborate cross-functionally with the finance team to shape best-practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will process invoices, ensure proper coding, manage vendor setup in Bill.com/Netsuite, and drive timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships and cash-flow awareness.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience.
• Bachelor's degree, focused on accounting or business.
• Experience with automated Accounts Payable systems (Bill.com).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP (Netsuite preferred).
• 3-way match experience with inventory bills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in health, wellness, personal care, or eCommerce industries.
• Experience in consumer products industry is highly preferred.
• Proactive, resourceful, with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process company invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
• Analyze invoices and ensure proper coding and recording within deadlines.
• Manage vendor setup in the AP module and supporting systems by coordinating with heads and vendors.
• Maintain vendor communication and resolve issues via phone and email promptly.
• Oversee payments and invoices processed outside the standard AP system.
• Assist in payments organization and document fixed asset spending or initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to drive process improvements.
• Reconcile AP aging to general ledger monthly.
• Ensure entries use the correct currency.
• Build strong relationships with the finance team to manage cash flow forecasting.

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking professional who can help support various, growing divisions by managing our Accounts Payable process. This person will have the opportunity to own projects and work cross-functionally across the business and be a key point of contact for our finance organization. A strong accounting background is critical, along with an eagerness to shape best-practices in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Process company invoices in an efficient and timely manner
• Analyze invoices and ensure entries are properly coded and recorded in the allocated time frame.
• Manage vendor setup process within the AP module and supporting systems by communicating with department heads and vendors to gather the necessary information
• Maintain vendor communication and resolve outstanding issues through phone and email in a timely manner.
• Oversee payments and invoices processed outside of our standard AP system
• Assist in payments organization, including the identification and documentation of fixed asset spending, or executing various initiatives.
• Collaborate frequently with Accounting Manager and team to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Reconcile AP Aging to the general ledger detail monthly.
• Ensure entries are coded with the proper currency.
• Build strong relationships with the finance team to manage cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience (preferred background consumer goods brands)
• Bachelor's degree, with focus on accounting or business
• Demonstrated experience with automated Accounts Payable systems (Bill.com)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP (Netsuite preferred)
• Relevant experience with 3-way match (inventory bills)
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
• Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
