Job summary

PM Consulting in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support invoice processing, payment transactions, and vendor account management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure proper recording and classification of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment concerns.
• Monitor payment schedules and assist in ensuring timely settlement of obligations.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts payable reporting.
