Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an entry-level Accounts Payable associate to support timely processing and closing of AP tickets, pre-validate APVs, and prepare documents to ensure accurate financial records.

You will print APVs, attach required documents, and help reduce aging untransmitted items through proactive follow-up. Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience is required.

• Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy or any Business-Related course.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely closing of continuum tickets based on fully processed transactions.
• Support the pre-validation of Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in printing APVs and attaching all required supporting documentation.
• Help reduce the team's volume of aging untransmitted documents through follow-up and organization.
• Perform other related duties as periodically assigned by the line manager.
