Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant & AP Accountant – APAC in Taguig. The role supports APAC, US, or North American AP operations with night and day shifts available.

You will process invoices, perform coding in SAP, manage vendor queries, and ensure timely month-end close for high-volume transactions. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably APAC/US.
• 1–2 years in a Senior AP role for Senior AP candidates.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end activities.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, POs, debit/credit memos, and supporting documents.
• Perform invoice matching and coding of GL Accounts and Cost Centers using SAP.
• Manage AP mailbox and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments according to terms, including urgent payments.
• Handle Travel & Expense claims.
• Perform accruals, aging, and month-end activities.
• Ensure accurate, timely processing of high-volume transactions.

About the role

We are looking for experienced Accounts Payable professionals to join our Finance Operations team. We welcome candidates with APAC, US, or North American AP experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, POs, debit/credit memos, and supporting documents.

• Perform invoice matching and coding of GL Accounts and Cost Centers using SAP.

• Manage AP mailbox and vendor inquiries.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Process vendor payments according to payment terms, including urgent payments.

• Handle employee Travel & Expense claims.

• Perform accruals, invoice aging, and month-end activities.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Accounting preferred for AP Accountant – APAC.

• 3–4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably supporting APAC operations in a BPO or Shared Services environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in a Senior AP role for Senior Accounts Payable candidates.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end activities.

• SAP experience preferred.

• Experience with Travel & Expense is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.

• Willing to work on a night shift/dayshift.
