Qualifications

• 1–2 years end-to-end payroll processing experience for Australia and New Zealand.
• Payroll data collection and entry with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle high-volume payroll with multi-client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients including year-end.
• Maintain payroll data by collecting, entering, and uploading information.
• Update payroll records with changes in exemptions, insurance, and job transfers.
• Prepare and extract payroll reports with earnings, taxes, deductions, and leaves.
• Calculate payroll taxes and other statutory payments as required.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Analyze payroll information to answer questions and requests.
• Maintain payroll operations following policies; report changes as needed.
• Protect payroll confidentiality and employee information.
• Contribute to team efforts; perform adhoc reporting as needed.
