Metacom Careers in Pasig, Philippines, is looking for an ANZ Domestic Account / Customer Care Representative to handle domestic account inquiries and customer care issues on-site. You will investigate complaints, provide product information, update records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year SQL experience or 2+ years CSR/TSR, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 1 year of SQL experience or 2 years in CSR/TSR, or at least 6 months in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing or Digital Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
