RealPage Philippines is offering an internship to students pursuing IT, information systems, or data analytics. You will learn and apply workflows, quality standards, and data-access rules while supporting implementation and client-facing activities.

Ideal candidates show strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with Excel and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program related to IT, information systems, or business analytics.
• Foundational Excel skills; exposure to lookups, pivot tables, charts, or Power BI is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document clearly.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality controls and data accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with site requirements and internship-hour limits.

• Support supervised implementation, customer-experience, or operational activities per Scope of Work.
• Navigate CRM, ticketing, or project-tracking platforms with mentor guidance.
• Organize, clean, validate, and reconcile information for setup, reporting, or decision-making.
• Maintain project plans, logs, reports, and coaching trackers.
• Review operational measures and summarize key themes for decision-making.
• Triage routine issues by gathering evidence and escalating appropriately.
• Create knowledge articles, guides, or templates using approved formats.
• Build simple dashboards or reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Participate in cross-functional coordination across multiple teams.
• Communicate status, dependencies, risks, and next steps clearly.
