Qualifications

• Foundational programming or automation experience through coursework or projects.

• Demonstrable portfolio or projects via GitHub, dashboards, or demos.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with mentor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentor to define problem statements, users, scope, and success criteria.
• Analyze data, workflows, and performance metrics to understand business problems.
• Design and develop testable technical solutions using programming, automation, or AI tools.
• Create scripts, dashboards, validation routines, or AI-assisted prototypes under supervision.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and change notes for traceability.
• Develop test cases and validate functionality, data quality, and user behavior.
• For AI work, design prompts and ensure human review before decisions.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders during reviews.
