Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to deliver data science support for business transformation across Consumer Sector, Digital Channels and revenue growth initiatives. The role focuses on predictive modeling, dashboard development, and influencing campaigns with analytics insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics or mathematics is required.
• At least 4 years of analytics experience in a financial institution, preferably from a retail bank or credit card company.
• Experience collaborating with various units and customer service is advantageous.
• Intermediate working knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in model-building, portfolio studies using data mining techniques and statistical modeling tools is required.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, ability to translate and articulate technical thoughts for a broad audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a financial industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data science support to the business transformation, innovation and Retail Digital Channels strategies.
• Use predictive modeling to interpret key findings from company data and leverage insights to initiatives that support business outcomes.
• Partner with Business Heads to drive usage, identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer experience in digital channels through analytics.
• Work with Program Managers in ideation, strategy, execution, tracking and continuous enhancement of growth strategies.
