Job summary

Metrobank seeks an Delivery Manager to coordinate analytics projects across DSAA. You will drive tool upgrades, ensure production stability, and collaborate with ITG, ISD, and vendors to deliver measurable business insights.

The role requires strong PM and technical skills, 5+ years in IT, and fluency in English. You will work with SAS Viya, Power BI, and data platforms to support regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Delivery Management for end-to-end BI/analytics projects.
• Background in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Experience using BI, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong technical and PM skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and tracking of intra- and inter-department technology, analytics, or business processes/projects.
• Interface with stakeholders including senior management, technical teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate DSAA projects to ensure timely updates and scheduled activities.
• Lead scheduling, coordination, cost estimation, risk assessment, communication, and tracking of DSAA projects for new analytics tools or upgrades.
• Lead system test requirements to minimize production disruption.
• Monitor DSAA tools/tech (SAS Viya, SAS EG, Power BI) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain and optimize DSAA tools and systems for maximum efficiency.
• Address bank requirements related to audits, compliance, and procurement.
