Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to support Consumer Business Sector transformation through data science and analytics. You will partner with Business Heads to improve revenue potential and customer experience in digital channels and work with Program Managers to drive growth strategies.

You will build dashboards, develop segmentation, and lead predictive modeling to influence campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

4+ years analytics experience in a financial institution preferred from a retail bank or credit card company.
Experience in dealing with various units of the organization and customer service is an advantage.
Intermediate knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in model-building, portfolio studies using data mining techniques and statistical modeling tools.

Responsibilities

Builds dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Develops scoring/segmentation to improve digital channel enrollment, usage and engagement.
Influences customer targeting, campaigns strategy and execution by providing data analytics thought-leadership.
Aid in development and execution of new innovation strategies and assess partnership opportunities.
Provides promo forecast and insights including portfolio metrics and P&L targets.
Partners with product managers to enhance programs with post campaign reviews and predictive models.
Spearheads deep dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities and presents recommendations.
Collaborates with Risk, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales to measure P&L impact of campaigns and partnerships.
