Job summary

Metrobank is seeking the Head of Digital Adoption & Engagement to set the strategic direction for the bank's digital agenda, aligning growth priorities across the organization. This role drives penetration, engagement, and channel migration while serving as the executive sponsor for digital adoption initiatives.

The position leads cross-functional teams including Digital Banking, Product, Branch Banking, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience, translating goals into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital banking, digital growth, customer engagement, or related areas.
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall digital adoption and engagement strategy.
• Establish annual and multi-year roadmaps for penetration, usage, and offloading.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic interventions.
• Lead governance discussions and secure buy-in for initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Digital Banking teams.
• Translate data into clear business recommendations and executive updates.
