Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally including BigQuery.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience building dashboards, recurring reporting, or automated analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, Looker, or similar.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation, or workflow efficiency.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, analysis plans, and clear outputs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled analytics workflows for recurring outputs.
• Develop repeatable prompts, logic, templates, and review workflows for AI-generated analysis.
• Support automation of key analytics use cases (OKR tracking, customer engagement reporting).
• Analyze customer engagement, health, spend, usage, and lifecycle signals with AI-assisted methods.
• Improve analytics infrastructure with BigQuery, Tableau, Redash, and other BI environments.
• Create human-in-the-loop review processes and quality checks for AI-assisted outputs.
• Help transform dashboards and reports into actionable decision briefs.
