Job summary

NTT Philippines Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to drive analytics, reporting, and data governance across the organization. You will transform business data into actionable insights and build scalable frameworks to improve decision-making.

You will lead data analytics, BI, reporting, and data governance initiatives, creating dashboards and models using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. This role demands strong leadership and collaboration with business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, data management, or data governance.
• Strong SQL and Power BI/Tableau capabilities.
• Exposure to data modeling, ETL/ELT, warehousing, data quality, and governance.
• Knowledge of Python, R, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
