Job summary

LeadVenture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Analytics to design, implement and maintain a state-of-the-art digital analytics program across multiple web platforms. You will own the data layer, tags, and third-party integrations while partnering with analytics and product stakeholders to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• JavaScript/HTML/CSS expertise for Websites and SPAs.
• Experience with digital analytics and tooling administration (GA, Piwik).
• Experience using a Tag Management Platform (GTM, Adobe DTM, Tealium).
• Knowledge of data layer concepts, data modeling and governance, and event handling.
• Proficiency with jQuery, regex, and HTML/CSS selectors.
• Strong browser debugging skills and tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Email).
• Strong data interpretation and communication skills to summarize complex findings.
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset with a drive to stay updated on trends.
• Familiarity with SDLC/Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ETL and data modeling in an AWS Data Lake environment.
• Knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QuickSight).

Responsibilities

• Work as an active participant on a full-time remote agile team.
• Become a go-to SME regarding tracking and analytics tooling.
• Design, build, test, monitor, and QA our Web data layer and tags.
• Collaborate with web developers, data engineers, and IT for tracking and data integration.
• Analyze business requirements and explain the 'why' to stakeholders.
• Map core tracking to third-party agencies.
• Troubleshoot missing or misconfigured tagging.
• Maintain Tag Management platform, releases and enhancements.
• Provide guidance to the development team on design.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align architecture.
