Western Union is seeking a junior project analyst to support 1-2 minor projects, coordinating tasks and maintaining essential project records in a dynamic setting. You will conduct research, analysis, planning, documentation, and testing coordination, while communicating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and contributing to post-implementation reviews under moderate supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline with 0-2 years' experience is typically expected for this role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline plus 0-2 years' project management, project coordination, or business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Leads, coordinates, or participates in 1-2 assigned minor projects or project workstreams simultaneously.
• Provides project management support including research, analysis, planning, documentation, testing coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, status reporting, implementation support, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develops and maintains project documentation, schedules, workstream plans, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Monitors project progress against agreed milestones and provides regular reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
• Contributes to project governance activities and supports the successful delivery of project objectives.
• Works on simple to moderately complex assignments and minor projects with limited financial impact under moderate supervision.

Job Description:

Leads, coordinates, or participates in 1-2 assigned minor projects or project workstreams simultaneously. Provides project management support including research, analysis, planning, documentation, testing coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communications, status reporting, implementation support, and post-implementation reviews.

Develops and maintains project documentation, schedules, workstream plans, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies. Creates business process flows, supports requirements gathering, develops and performs system testing, and analyzes business and technical solutions.

Monitors project progress against agreed milestones and provides regular reporting to project managers and stakeholders. Contributes to project governance activities and supports the successful delivery of project objectives.

Works on simple to moderately complex assignments and minor projects with limited financial impact. Exercises judgment, initiative, and analytical problem-solving skills while operating under moderate supervision and applying broad knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline plus 0-2 years' project management, project coordination, or business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
