Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking an AI & E-Commerce Specialist to leverage AI tools for enhancing e-commerce operations, content creation, and automation. You will analyze data, optimize product content, and support marketplace operations across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and more.

The role focuses on identifying practical AI solutions, developing workflows, and staying ahead of AI trends in the e-commerce space. Strong analytical skills and a delivery-focused mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of current AI tools and platforms.
• Experience using AI for content creation, research, automation, data analysis, or marketing.
• Experience with AI automation/workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
• Experience with APIs and AI integrations.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify practical AI solutions rather than simply using AI for basic content generation.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement AI tools and platforms for e-commerce operations.
• Use AI for product research, listing optimization, content creation, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, advertising copy, and other e-commerce content using AI.
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance product images, graphics, videos, and marketing creatives.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and automations to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
• Analyze e-commerce data and use AI to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Support Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Research new AI tools and recommend solutions that can benefit the business.
• Maintain and improve AI prompts, workflows, templates, and processes.
• Work with the team to identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and e-commerce trends.
