Job summary

RemoteVA seeks a proactive Brand Launch & Optimization Manager to onboard and grow new brands across ecommerce marketplaces. You will transform catalogs into profitable online stores, execute launch strategies, and drive long-term profitability while handing off to the management team.

Ideal candidates have deep Amazon/Walmart experience, data analytics skills, and proficiency with inventory systems and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart marketplace accounts.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and marketplace best practices.
Experience launching, optimizing, or scaling ecommerce brands.
Familiarity with inventory management and business software systems.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage newly acquired brands from onboarding through their initial growth phase
Transform basic product lists into fully optimized and market-ready online storefronts
Develop and execute launch strategies that improve profitability and brand value
Identify opportunities to optimize existing brands and enhance overall performance
Ensure brands are properly positioned for long-term success before handoff
Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Walmart
Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend attributes
Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues promptly
Analyze competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs
Utilize inventory and business software to maintain accurate records and reporting
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth brand execution
Track sales performance, profitability, and key marketplace metrics
Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets
Analyze trends and provide recommendations for optimization
Present insights and progress updates to leadership
Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Document processes and facilitate smooth transitions to long-term account managers
