Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio, a former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys, the hotel comprises 576 guestrooms, 97 residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes. The building, part of Taguig's new business district, is 30 minutes from the international airport, close to Manila Golf Club, Manila Polo Club, and 10 minutes from Makati.

Duties

• Recommend, take orders and serve wines and other beverages.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in arranging wine dinner events including contract preparation, wine sales proposal and menu wine pairing.
• Manage and update wine lists, maintain accurate wine sales records and control stock levels for the restaurant.
• Provide high standards and professional services to meet guests' expectations.

Requirements

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably fluent in oral and written English.
• Preferably have good organisational and coordination skills.
• Preferably well‑versed in computer applications and the internet.
