Job summary

Madjam Empower Solution Inc. in Muntinlupa is seeking a senior airfreight specialist to oversee international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3–4 years in airfreight and a strong grasp of incoterms and customs rules. This on-site, 24/7 shift-based position demands vigilance and discipline.

You will monitor operations, advise customers, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate with clients to resolve issues, following SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in Airfreight, with strong exposure to international freight forwarding operations – both export and import.
• Expert-level knowledge of international air transport regulations, including incoterms, custom rules and compliance requirements.
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, attention to detail, and discipline in decision making and issue resolution.
