Job summary

Sungil Philippines Corporation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and efficient through inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

The position requires at least five years of maintenance experience, a valid electrician certification, and a high school diploma or vocational/technical training.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years' experience in maintenance and repair of building facilities.
• Must be a certified electrician.
• Must be at least a high school graduate or graduate of any vocational / technical course.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and utilities.
• Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting works as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
