CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Makati, Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician/HVAC to install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems across client facilities.

The role involves conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, completing installations and repairs, keeping accurate records, and ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Regular inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.

The Opportunity

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.' is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician/HVAC to join our team in Makati, Metro Manila. As an Aircon Technician/HVAC, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration units

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner

3. Perform installations, repairs, and replacements of air conditioning and refrigeration components

4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

6. Provide excellent customer service to our clients
