University Home Lacson is seeking a dedicated Aircon Technician to perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repairs of split-type and other AC units at our facilities in Metro Manila. You will diagnose problems, check refrigerant levels, and ensure safety and compliance with building policies.

Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot air-conditioning system problems.
Perform cleaning, servicing, and repair of split-type, window-type, and other AC units.
Check refrigerant levels and perform refrigerant charging when necessary.
Inspect electrical components, wiring, controls, motors, compressors, and other AC parts.
Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs related to air-conditioning systems.
Respond promptly to tenant and building maintenance requests involving AC concerns.
Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and replacement parts.
Coordinate with suppliers or contractors for major repairs and specialized services.
Ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with building policies.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work area.
Monitor the condition and performance of air-conditioning equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management.
At least 1–2 years of experience as an Aircon Technician or similar position.
Technical/Vocational course graduate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, Electrical, or related field.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of air-conditioning systems.
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of AC units.
Able to use basic tools and testing equipment.
Physically fit and willing to perform field and maintenance work.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
TESDA certification or relevant technical certification is an advantage.
