Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Aircon Technician in the Philippines to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and ensure energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include field maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety standards; candidates should be able to work independently and on shifting schedules; TESDA RAC/HVAC certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or vocational/technical course completed.
• Experience as Aircon/HVAC technician or related role.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining various AC systems.
• TESDA RAC/HVAC certification is an advantage.
• Willing to perform field maintenance and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC unit issues and perform repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure units operate efficiently.
• Clean, replace, maintain filters, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components.
• Monitor performance and report major issues to management.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during operations.
• Maintain records of repairs and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors and suppliers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot air-conditioning unit issues and perform necessary repairs.




• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all units are operating efficiently.




• Clean, replace, and maintain filters, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other HVAC components.




• Monitor the performance of air-conditioning systems and report major issues to management.




• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, especially during operational hours.




• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.




• Coordinate with third-party contractors and suppliers when necessary.




• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Course graduate.




• With experience as an Aircon Technician, HVAC Technician, or related role.




• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various air-conditioning systems.




• TESDA certification related to RAC/HVAC is an advantage.




• Willing to perform field and maintenance work.




• Can work independently and respond to urgent maintenance concerns.




• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required by business operations.
